Grizzly Hill Ranch (GHR) was designed from the ground up to be the premier automated home.   This location is also used as Cyber Home Solutions Inc.'s test bed for new and emerging Home Automation technologies.   A "test bed" is a home automation product that is pre-tested for functionality and use to ensure that our clients are getting the highest quality Home Automation products before they are installed in your home.  Every product that is installed in your home has been tested and found to meet your Home Automation needs.

GHR is located in Weston, Colorado at the top of a mountain peak at 8,800 feet.   GHR has been pre-wired with combined structured cabling to meet all present and future Home Automation needs:  computer networking, security management, lighting control, PBX phone management, HVAC control, audio/visual and remote access to all of these functions.  All of these functions are able to  "think" together via the brain box which allows these functions to interact and save you time and money.   The brain box is where all of the pre-wired cables "home run" to, that is, all of the cables run in every room of the house terminate at the brain box where they are "Integrated" to allow feedback to the brain box, enabling the computers to control the above functions according to your specifications. 

For example, when the temperature outside is warm and comfortable (you pre-set this temperature), the window treatments will know to stay open; when the temperature reaches a pre-determined setpoint, ie. cold, the window treatments will know to close, resulting in a conservation of heat and decreased heating costs.
